A skirt is a tube- or cone-shaped garment that hangs from the waist and covers all or part of the legs

Pleated Knit Skirt

This is really really cute and looks just like in the picture. The material is very soft and thick (I was wearing black knickers when I tried it on and you could not see them). It is a little creased from the trip and I am not sure whether to try and iron it or leave it fall out. I think the only issue with this will be washing it. It says dry flat which to me always signifies danger.

Tailored Linen Pleat Waist Pencil Skirt

I sized up in this and the waist is a tad too baggy but I the skirt fits well. When I ironed this last night the colour of the fabric changed. This was very freaky. I am wearing this today and I envisage creases as it is 50% linen but I think it may add to the look of this skirt. Edit - worn this all day and the waist is a little annoying as it folds down but if you are tummy free I think your usual size would be fine and prevent this. Also there is no stains from the ironing.

Jersey Full Midi Skirt

I forgot I ordered this and it turns out to be my favourite. I planned to wear it casually but I think it is dressy enough to wear to work with a blouse. The fabric is lovely as is the colour.

Midi Tailored Belted Ponti Fit and Flare Skirt

This is nice but a tad too long on me (as I am a shortie). It is not as chic as it looks in the pics and the fabric and cut seems a little cheap (as does the belt). I still like this though and it fits well.

Welcome

Just as I start my shopping ban, I decide to start this blog. Figures

No more ASOS orders for me for a while however please contribute and hopefully this can become a helpful source and save us the ridiculous $$ it costs to return stuff to the UK.

Inspired by the ASOS thread on Vogue here is a place to review your purchases as they can be so hit and miss.

Happy reviewing
